I was born the day following the bombing of the flight 182 linking Montréal to Bombay, in 1985, June the 24th, also known as the Québecer’s "national" day.

I lived in France until the age of 16, time when this country and I got mad against each others. I left with my family to Montreal abord a wreckage of Air Transat. I arrived there 1 month before the WTC happening.

From there, I gave my entire self three years into music before meeting some crack heads of the student movement. By the law of natural selection I found myself being another crack head of the student movement. I gave my 2 most facinating years of my existence into this cause, fighting into the clash of generations and using the streets and the medias as a battlefield in the war against a futur I (we) couldn’t abide.

In the mean time, I became interested in visual arts as I was immersed in the world of mass communications and political campaigns. At the end of those two years, I got involved in a studsent newspaper named l’Organe which is now the best student magasine you’ll ever find in Quebec. I am its Editor in chief and I am humbly noticing you that we kick asses.

For the last 2 years following my involvement in Student politics, I’ve been learning web skills such as ergonomy, design and web development. In the mean time I began playing around with my Reflex digital camera and found it very fun. To complete my photo education, I trained myself a lot with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Recently, I’ve lived 4 month in Nairobi, Kenya, working for the United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) in the Division of communication and public information (DCPI). I mostly did websites and graphical assignements while meeting lions around Kenya and discovering the grinding poverty of kenyan slums.

I’m now 23 years old. I’m a student journalist and photo journalist for l’Organe and the Carrefour international de la Presse universitaire francophone (CIPUF). I’m Editor in chief of l’Organe and member of the board of the CIPUF. I’ve lately been Press Attache for the Fédération étudiante collégiale du Québec (FECQ) and I’m still at school, concordia university, struggling with time and schedules.

I’m trying to make a living of my design and web skills as well as my photographical ones. I wish one day I’ll be able to tour around the world with my camera to depict true human aberations.
